Bring in Diamond Maids to prep your home

Before you leave your old house or move into your new home, make sure it’s clean. Diamond Maids will clean, dust, and wash all the surfaces in your home. You can also tailor your cleaning to include specific areas and items that need extra attention.

Schedule your cleaning service now. Move-in and move-out cleaning require a minimum time of 8 hours.
In move-out, we do not clean walls or windows.
We do not shampoo the carpers, only vacuum.
The garage will be swept.

What will you cleaning service include?

You won’t have to worry about anything with our cleaning services. Our move-in and move-out cleaning services include:

BATHROOM:  Light fixture. Ceiling fans.  The shower and tub will be deep cleaned, sinks and all around the toilet, counter and inside the cabinets and drawers. mirrors,  faucet will be shine

Baseboards:  All around the house, baseboards and Blinds will be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Fridge will be empty and wash

Doors and light fixtures will be cleaned. ceiling fans will be clean with a damp cloth.

Garage will be sweep. trash will off the house.

STEAM CLEANING  has additional time,  but I highly recommend it for floors and grout in move-outs.

The price depends on the size of the area to clean, usually around $60 to $100.

OVEN CLEANING: we require 1 to 2 hours more to clean them. It all depends on the condition of the oven. $50

In addition to scrubbing all these surfaces, we’ll dust every area, and remove small amounts of trash  We can also deep clean larger appliances such as the oven for an additional $50 fee.
